Santa Barbara sandstone is woven into the landscape and architecture of California’s Central Coast. From the original Franciscan missions and presidios to early Spanish Colonial Revival homes, this stone has long been used for walls, arches, and courtyards.
Santa Barbara Sandstone carries that legacy forward in modern veneer form. Each piece of stone is carefully quarried, hand-split, and veneered to preserve the stone’s natural character while meeting today’s architectural standards and building needs.
Every piece of our sandstone is cut from the natural boulders located in the foothills of California. Unlike mass-produced stone, our process is defined by the human touch. Our fabricators hand-split and dress each stone to reveal its signature Santa Barbara Sandstone hues and textures, ensuring that the classic look of the material is preserved.
